- Your profile: name, email, phone number, and role.
- Guest booking contact details linked to your account.
- Notification preferences and saved settings.
What we may keep
Financial records (invoices, payment references, and commission ledgers) are retained where accounting and tax law requires it. These records are disconnected from your identity wherever legally possible.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed by our team within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provide once deletion is complete.
