What does it cost to list on Royal Stay?+

When do hotels get paid?+
Deposits collected through Chapa are reconciled automatically. After a guest checks out, you request a payout from your dashboard and Royal Stay finance approves and sends it to your verified bank or mobile-money account. Royal Stay's 5% commission is deducted before payout.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
Each hotel picks its cancellation window (Flexible, Standard, or Non-refundable) — shown on the room card before booking. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and Royal Stay reverses its 5% commission on fully refunded bookings.
Which currencies can I be paid in?+
ETB and USD. Chapa, Telebirr, CBE Birr, and card payments all settle to your bank account, less the 5% commission.
