What does it cost to list on Royal Stay?+

When do hotels get paid?+
Deposits collected through Chapa are reconciled automatically. After a guest checks out, you request a payout from your dashboard; Royal Stay finance reviews the request and transfers the funds manually to your verified bank or mobile-money account. There is no fixed automatic payout schedule. Royal Stay's 10% commission is deducted before payout.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
Each hotel picks its cancellation window (Flexible, Standard, or Non-refundable) — shown on the room card before booking. Approved refunds are issued manually by Royal Stay finance to the original payment method — there is no automatic refund process — and Royal Stay reverses its 10% commission on fully refunded bookings.
Which currencies can I be paid in?+
ETB and USD. Chapa, Telebirr, CBE Birr, and card payments all settle to your bank account, less the 10% commission.
