These terms govern a hotel's participation in Royal Stay. A hotel must accept the applicable Hotel Partner Agreement before receiving platform bookings or settlement services.
Hotel responsibilities
- Provide accurate legal, ownership, contact, room, rate, availability, amenity, and policy information.
- Maintain required business licences and comply with applicable hospitality, tax, consumer-protection, and data laws.
- Honour confirmed bookings and protect guest information from unauthorised use or disclosure.
- Keep staff access current and remove access promptly when a staff member's role ends.
Commission
Royal Stay's standard commission is 10% of each successful booking under the Hotel Partner Agreement. It is funded by the hotel, deducted from the hotel's settlement, and is not added as an extra 10% fee to the guest.
Payments and settlements
Coopay-Ebirr Direct Integration is in partner onboarding and technical integration. Any future collection and settlement service is subject to official provider specifications, merchant onboarding, testing, approval, transaction verification, and the applicable settlement terms. No automatic schedule or provider approval is promised.
Cancellations, disputes and refunds
Hotels must apply the cancellation terms shown to the guest at booking. Refund requests are recorded and reviewed; any approved refund is processed according to the available payment channel and applicable provider rules. Royal Stay reverses its commission on a fully refunded booking.
Platform access
Royal Stay may pause listings or access where information is inaccurate, security is at risk, bookings are not honoured, or legal and contractual requirements are not met. Development-stage features may change as testing and partner onboarding continue.
