Current payment status

Coopay-Ebirr Direct Integration — Partner onboarding and technical integration in progress.

The final implementation is subject to official Coopay-Ebirr API specifications, merchant onboarding, technical testing, and provider approval. Royal Stay does not represent this integration as approved, certified, or live.

A booking will be confirmed only after Royal Stay's secure server verifies the payment response, transaction identity, amount, and currency.

Role-based access for Super Admin, hotel owners, managers and staff

Database access controls and hotel-level tenant isolation

Audit logs for sensitive administrative and staff actions

Transaction references, idempotency and duplicate-callback protection

Server-side amount, currency and payment-status verification before confirmation

Current Development Status

Royal Stay is in platform development, controlled testing, and partner-onboarding stage. Direct Coopay-Ebirr integration is currently being pursued. Production availability will follow only after official documentation, merchant enablement, successful testing, and provider approval.
